Villa Atica is a resort of four absolutely self-dependent and furnished houses for relaxing. 
They share one spacious common yard, in which are created cozy comfortable spots for relax in fresh air and outside games.
For the leisure time of our guests in the beautiful garden of Villa Atica, we created a grass game field, a tavern with a kitchen and barbeque with an oven, chaise-lounges for sunbathing, porches with tables, chairs and an umbrella with a view to the garden, parking places for three cars.

- Triple room with a bedroom suite and an extending armchair – 3 people
- Double room with two single beds – 2 people
- Comfortable living room with two single beds – 2 people
- Wide kitchen with a dining room – furnished with table and chairs for 6 people, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, kitchen utensils and pots and pans, coffee and tea.
- Television and place for entertainment – at disposal of our guests there are: backgammon, chest, cards and other games.
- Satellite TV, cable internet and WiFi in every room
- Local central heating
- Two bathrooms with toilets

In the garden of Villa Atica:
Grass game field, a cradle, chaise-lounges with umbrellas, garden tables and chairs, a self-service tavern, barbeque with an oven.

The parking:
Villa Atica disposes with parking places for 3 /three/ cars and outside in front of the resort there are parking places for ten cars.
